Terms and policies

Please read these before subscribing. Where anything here conflicts with SEBI regulations or circulars, the SEBI provisions prevail.

Most Important Terms and Conditions (MITC)
  1. These terms are for research services only. The RA cannot execute or carry out any trade on the client's behalf, so clients should not allow an RA to trade for them.
  2. Fees are subject to the maximum prescribed by SEBI / RAASB for individual and HUF clients, currently ₹1,51,000 per annum per family for all research services of the RA. The limit excludes statutory charges and does not apply to non-individual clients or accredited investors.
  3. Fees may be charged in advance only if the client agrees, for no longer than the period SEBI currently permits. On premature termination by either party, the client may seek a refund of proportionate fees for the unexpired period.
  4. Fees may be paid by cheque, bank transfer, UPI or other permitted banking modes. Cash is not allowed. Clients may optionally pay through CeFCoM, managed by BSE (the recognised RAASB).
  5. The RA follows SEBI and RAASB rules on disclosing and mitigating actual or potential conflicts of interest, and will promptly tell the client of any conflict that may affect the services.
  6. Any assured, guaranteed or fixed-return scheme is prohibited by law. No scheme of this kind will be offered by the RA.
  7. The RA cannot guarantee returns, profits, accuracy or risk-free investments from research services. All opinions, projections and estimates are the RA's judgement as of the date of the report and may change without notice.
  8. Any investment made on the basis of recommendations in research reports is subject to market risk.
  9. Recommendations do not provide any assurance of returns.
  10. There is no recourse to claim losses incurred on investments made on the basis of research recommendations.
